Refund policy

At Moroccan Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

If the product is damaged or defective after arrival.

If the wrong item was sent.

Exchange conditions:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the mistake was on our part.

Change of mind after purchase.

If the perfume bottle has been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).

Provide clear photos showing the issue (damage or incorrect item).

Once approved, we’ll arrange the shipping for the replacement.

Exchanges may take 3 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

❗️Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on any products included in offers or discounts. All sales during promotions are final.

نحن نقبل الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:

إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو به خلل بعد الاستلام.

إذا تم إرسال منتج غير صحيح.

شروط الاستبدال:

يجب أن يتم الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، وبنفس التغليف.

يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن للاستبدال، إلا في حال كان الخطأ من جانبنا.

تغيير الرأي بعد الشراء.

إذا تم فتح أو استخدام العطر (لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة).

تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

أرسل لنا صورة واضحة للمنتج التالف أو الخطأ.

سيتم التواصل معك لتأكيد الاستبدال وترتيب عملية الشحن.

قد يستغرق استبدال المنتج من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام المنتج المرتجع لدينا.
